These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at agiliton.ai and its subdomains and sub-pages (the "Site"), operated by Agiliton Ltd. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1.About the Site and its content
The Site is provided for general information about Agiliton and its services. Product screens, sample courses, business cases, ROI figures, conformance metrics, timelines and similar material shown on the Site are illustrative and representative examples unless expressly stated otherwise. They do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, forecast, or a commitment of any specific result, and any figures will vary with your circumstances. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice.
2.No offer; engagements are governed separately
The Site is not an offer or a binding proposal. Any provision of services by Agiliton (including content production, automation, and related work) is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed between Agiliton and the client (an "Engagement Agreement"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement prevails for that engagement.
3.Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- use the Site in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Agiliton or any third party;
- introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as permitted by law; or
- misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4.Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, software, and the Agiliton name and marks are owned by or licensed to Agiliton and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the Site for your own informational and evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted.
Work produced for clients. Subject to the relevant Engagement Agreement and payment, deliverables we produce for a client (such as generated courses, business cases, and automations) are owned by or licensed to that client, as set out in that agreement. The underlying Agiliton platform, tooling, and pre-existing materials remain ours.
5.Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, scheduling via Calendly). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites and services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6.Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agiliton disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current.
7.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agiliton will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
